The Dinner Party Cookie
Rav Gill's legendary, endlessly riffable cookie dough — served shared, with ice cream, and gone before we could photograph it!
This recipe comes via the wonderfully talented pastry chef and restaurateur Rav Gill. It’s highly versatile and provides a perfect base for any cookie variation—feel free to change the type of chocolate or include chopped toasted nuts. For our Colville Dialogues dinner, we baked it as a large shared cookie dessert, with ice cream on the side, which is a must! The dough freezes beautifully and makes a decadent treat to keep on hand.

Baking this for my next dinner party!
